It seems members of parliament were seen as untouchables and therefore were doing whatever they wanted.

It’s about time their activities are checked by the ordinary people of Ghana, and bringing them to order, where necessary.

Let’s not forget that they are our representatives overthere in parliament, and therefore should be doing the right thing, as we expect of them; contrary to that meaning they are abrogating our contract with them and hence facing the consequences.
