Ghana is not operating under the Westminster Parliamentary system that runs by a prime minister whose administrative body has to receive the Queen’s approval. The 1992 Constitution of the Republic of Ghana does mention some ministries that perforce must be created; but not all, given the prevailing nature of given circumstances. The Ghana 1992 Constitution does not design the ministries the elected President has to create to work and run the economy of the nation state to robust growth. To the 1992 Constitution of the Ghana Republic the security of the nation state, and the security and health of the ECONOMY are of prime importance, which vest the presidency with certain discretionary authority. The Presidency holds itself accountable to the nation state of the Republic for the secure healthy growth of the nation to healthy nationhood building, which is a mighty lot of hefty responsibility. Ghana, by her 1992 Constitution, does not equate the presidency with premiership, which appears to baffle Mr. Mahama Ayariga of Bawku. The Nana Addo-Akufo NPP administration must not ever repeat the sickening blunders the immediate NDC Dramani Mahama cultivated and worked to evil effect.
