When are we as a nation going to learn. what do we have in our degenerated brains? Oh Africa ! Africa!! Africa!!!. Such an important office like this should have never been overlooked,understaffed and unequipped. Blacks in general are reactive instead of proactive. All parties must come together and force whoever is charge of the government to make this entity a high priority. Aponkye even looks before it leaps .eeeeh! black Africa when ooh when?

Now that it has become very necessary, immediate action should be made to equip the office for its mandate. That will be in the interest of the nation, for now and in the future.

All governments, in the country, should be proactive towards such institutions.
