These promises throw challenges not only to the thoughtful citizens that bother about these lacks and needs; but most essentially and most particularly those who have chosen to close their eyes to their needs. Responsible citizens build; governments don’t. Governments come to give guidance and to instruct what needs to be done. If Mr. Aziz has enough resources that can most conveniently provide a dam for his village, all Ghana will come lauding him to the skies.
What can you responsibly do for your community to prosper, Mr. Mohammed Abdul Aziz?
