Atta-Mills did not initiate gyinabu; Atta-Mills did not introduce kalabule; Atta-Mills never brought to the Ghana market and its economy the ten percent abuse that characterizes doing business in Ghana. Atta-Mills inadvertently might have fanned it. Worst corruption practices and deals preceded the Atta-Mills administration. We have solid incontrovertible evidence of a head of state that that took a bribe to show-case and publicize the sickening abuses Sani Abacha perpetrated against that blessedly rich Nigeria.
