The three judges of Citi FM’s Voice Factory reality show, have decided not to evict any contestant this week.
After the final scores from Sunday’s performances were collated, Kakra Mills Robertson, Ohenewa Williams and Carl Selasie Dzata, found themselves in the bottom three, with each facing possible eviction.
Before the hosts of the Traffic Avenue could announce who will be evicted, one of the judges [Edinam Bright-Davies] sent a voice note to announce that they had decided not to evict any contestant.
[contextly_sidebar id=”nEMwx4kqkN8cpeKaK8FHYtbNut16uHYA”]“This is the first time that they performed with a live band so we decided not to evict anyone,” she said.
This means that all six contestants [Natasha Odoi, Elizabeth Joseph, Godslove Cudjoe, Kakra Mills Robertson, Ohenewa Williams and Carl Selasie] are safe to still fight for the prize GHc5,000. They will also get to perform with the live band again.
If anyone had been evicted, it would have been Carl Selasie Dzata, who has just returned to the competition.
Sunday August 14 will however be the final contest for the six, so there is a likelihood that two contestants will be evicted next week.
The grand finale will have four contestants and will be on August 28. This edition of the Voice Factory is the third and has been dubbed ‘The Gospel Edition.’
It is broadcast live every Sunday and is hosted by Citi FM’s William Parker-Benin.
