This is an education for all government students in SHS. When we talk of constitutional government, in Africa because the executive controls the money purse, they behave like they have absolute power. This sends negative signal to their followers and they misbehave. This judgement will go a long way to correct this perception. If all institutions in this country will work well without fear and favor, Ghana will be heaven on earth. Men don’t govern, laws do. OUR JEHOVAH GOD gave the ten commandments to the Israelis when they reached Canaan and were going to stay as a nation, to govern them. Institutions should not allow themselves to be politicized in Ghana. Its only politicians who gain when institutions are politicized. Supreme Court, the good people of Ghana salute you. Keep the rule of law fire burning and JEHOVAH GOD will bless you.
