On June 3 2016, the country will mark the first anniversary of a deadly fire and flood disaster in Accra, that claimed 152 lives.
About 150 people lost their lives on June 3, 2015, during a downpour amidst a fire incident at the Goil Fuel Station at Circle in Accra.
The government has since said it has put in place a number of measures to mitigate the impact of floods since the disaster; but is this really the case?
