The Fraction of the workforce representing the youth must actually be BETWEEN 19 and 39 years old. If we have 48% unemployment in this age range, then Ghana is sitting on a time bomb and Government must declare a state of emergency to immediately address the situation before the 48% and their sympathizers across the nation storm the flagstaff house, parliament and the castle to demand the immediate resignation of mahama and his entire clueless government!
