The partner of former EastEnders actress Sian Blake has admitted killing her and their two children.
Arthur Simpson-Kent’s lawyer told the Old Bailey that the jury would be told this at his trial in October.
He is yet to enter a formal plea.

He was arrested at Heathrow Airport after being extradited from Ghana.
Ms Blake played Frankie Pierre in 56 episodes of EastEnders between 1996 and 1997.
She had motor neurone disease before she died.

Arthur Simpson-Kent was arrested on January 9, 2016 at Busua near Takoradi in Ghana were he was lodging.
This was after a joint Ghana, Interpol and British Police team laid ambush in the Western Region.
Reports from the United Kingdom indicated that the family of 43-year-old Sian had “accused him of domestic violence” only weeks before the killings.
He was put before an Accra Magistrate court and charged with murder but was later extradited back to the United Kingdom.
