A Ghanaian-British owned laboratory, DNA Bio Services, which has opened in Accra, has assured effective partnership with the Ghana Police Service and other security agencies, to provide DNA forensics to improve their investigations.
This comes as concerns are being raised about the capacity of the Ghana Police Service and other security agencies to provide standardized forensic laboratory services for proper analysis and investigations into critical issues.
Speaking to Citi News at the opening of the lab, the Managing Director of DNA Bio Services, Humphrey Amo Yartey, said the partnership will go a long way to help the security services to be effective in their investigations.
