The administration of the Ghana police Service has cautioned the public against any recruitment scam saying they they have not commenced any recruitment exercise.
“The Police Administration wishes to emphasize that it has not commenced recruitment into the Police Service yet and that the public must be wary of recruitment fraudsters.”

Cephas Arthur, the police indicated that they are providing training for the Youth in Security Service module of the National Youth Employment Programme but not police recruits.

The Police Service is providing training for persons selected for the Youth in Security Service module of the National Youth Employment Programme.
The individuals who are reporting in all the Police training schools across the country are NOT Police recruits. The trainees, who are scheduled to be used for community protection and traffic management will be given basic training in areas related to their duties for a period 5 weeks.
The Police Administration wishes to emphasize that it has NOT commenced recruitment into the Police Service yet and that the public must be wary of recruitment fraudsters.
