I stand to be corrected but i believe all that it requires is for the car to be insured. If that is the case. This is my proposal. The commercial drivers should form their own insurance company and insure themselves. The insurance companies are operating as a monopoly and NIC is doing nothing about it. There is no real competition in prices. Why regulatory bodies always side with operators and not consumers?
