The Ghana Meteorological Agency has advised motorists to be cautious on the roads especially in the mornings due to poor visibility brought on by the harmattan season.
The weather agency is predicting an intense harmattan period this year, which will affect visibility drastically.

In an interview with Citi News, Principal Officer at the Ghana Meteorological Agency, Muller Tsatsu Tsiame, said that any reckless speeding may result in an accident, hence the need for caution on the part of drivers.
He stated that the level of visibility on roads will fall below 1,000 meters and drivers may not be able to see far off hence the need for care on the roads.
