The incumbent National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for the Tamale Central Constituency, Hon. Inusah Fuseini, has called for calm during and after Saturday’s primaries to elect parliamentary candidates and endorse the candidature of President John Dramani Mahama.
The constituency, already identified as a flash point, recorded some violent scenes at some polling stations including Warizehi, Tishigu and Ambariya English and Arabic School.

Malizali-Naa Inusah Fuseini after casting his vote at the Tishigu Central Mosque, called for peaceful coexistence.
Lawyer Inusah Fuseini in a Citi News interview described the contest as a family affair and cautioned supporters of the various aspirants against causing mayhem.
