Vodafone Ghana has taken advantage of its sponsorship of the “African Legends Night” to offer a special treat to its High Value customers.

[contextly_sidebar id=”lSLJA57bDqZC2nLaGCzMiyyxTPtc72th”]In an unprecedented move that is surely going to generate a lot of talking points, the telecom company provided these customers with accommodation and dinner at the Movenpick Hotel and a limousine ride to the concert venue.

Additionally, they were chauffeured back to the hotel after the concert to spend the night before heading back to their various homes after breakfast the following morning.

The company said the reward is to re-affirm the benefits of being committed and loyal to the network.

Over the years, Vodafone has been consistent in fashioning out innovative ways to bring unmatched experience to its customers.

In an age where the customer continues to be touted as the undisputed king of every marketing phenomenon, Vodafone’s creativity and discernment in thinking up new ways of creating and keeping customers have become benchmarks for the telecommunications industry.

Commenting, Theophilus Yao Agbeko, Marketing Manager for the Mid-to-High Value Customer segment at Vodafone Ghana said:

“Our desire is to stand beside our customers and not above them. We need to consistently display our commitment and passion to ensuring that their demands are met in a very comfortable and exciting way. We consider the customer as the single most important element of how we deliver our offerings – without them we have no business. Let me add that there’s a lot more where this came from to continuously draw them closer to us.”

The “African Legends Night” is an annual musical concert organised to celebrate African musicians.

This year’s edition featured music legends including Freddy Meiway, Abrantie Amakye Dede and Blay Ambulley in a thrilling musical performance that took the State Banquet Hall by storm.
