Union Savings and Loans end customer service week

Union Savings and Loans has launched an interactive medium to assist its staff in their effort to develop a more personal and warm relationship with their clients.

This forms part of the customer service week celebration which seeks to express Union’s commitment to providing exceptional and rapid banking services to its clients.

The U-interact project is under the theme,”healthy living for business success”, seeks to provide staff the platform to log onto and chat with their  clients to get  immediate feedback and complaints  on service delivery.

[contextly_sidebar id=”l66cfZ4Sm850yaJ7oNAB17slMhahhOTe”]Activities for the week celebration includes clients visit, where staff will run the routine of their clients as well as health screening for clients and the general public.

The Customer Service Week celebration is an annual event organized by Union Savings and Loans in line with the World Customer Service Month in October, to appreciate, celebrate and reward customers and highlight best practice in customer service to inspire their  employees to do more.

“This year’s celebration of the customer service week is to really show appreciation to our clients  and focus on  giving them a more improved products and service delivery which is in line with our promise of Rapid banking and exceptional service. Our commitment to customer service is evident in the recent survey by Nest of Ideas consult which ranked Union savings and loans number 1 in the savings and loans category” Managing Director, Philip Oti- Mensah indicated.

He added “Over the years, we have worked earnestly at becoming industry leader and number one SME Bank, we have been rewarded in massive business growth, culminating into prestigious awards and recognition”.

Mr. Philip Oti- Mensah indicated that the giant strides being achieved by Union “is largely because our customers recognize our effort consistently improve and delight them, and are reciprocating by remaining loyal and also selling the Union Brand to friends and family. Therefore we dedicate these awards to our customers as part of our customer service week”.

Executive Breakfast

The week will be climaxed with an executive breakfast meeting that seeks to highlight the importance of healthy living for business owners and their employees.

“As customers pay attention to their businesses, their health needs are sometimes neglected and for us to have a long term mutually beneficial relationship with them, it is important to highlight to need to remain healthy”.

The Executive Breakfast is in collaboration with the Eden Family Hospital and the Sugar Project.
