Ghanaian musician and TV host Deborah Vanessa has donated to Tonaton’s Green Heart Campaign, geared towards raising funds and public awareness on autism in the country.
Actor John Dumelo had earlier donated to the campaign and issued a challenge to the artiste to follow suit, not unlike previous ones, such as the Ice Bucket challenge, and one she duly accepted.
As part of the online retailer’s campaign to increase awareness of the condition, ‘Sister Derby’ donated several items including dresses she’s previously worn to events.
She also gave away some accessories and a stunning collage made out of several images of herself, according to pulse.com.gh.
The efforts of the two are expected to persuade other celebrities to join the campaign over the next few weeks while members of the public are also encouraged to
The items donated will be auctioned off on Tonaton.com and the proceeds from it will be given to the fund.
