The 2016 New Patriotic Party (NPP) Presidential Candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo has asked all former  officials in the last NPP government official to get  actively involved in the campaign for 2016.

In a rather passionate appeal to the former government officials, Nana Addo said the NPP cannot afford to lose next year’s election hence the need for all hands to be on deck.

”We want to make them [former officials] an integral part of our campaign structure for the 2016 elections so that we have the benefit of their input into our campaign. But above all it is for the parliamentary candidate to take the lead in bringing everybody on board. It is for them to make sure that there is a place for everybody in the constituency campaign,”he indicated.

The three time presidential candidate recently launched his rise and build tour and he has so far been in the Volta, Upper East, and Northern regions, meeting with regional and constituency executives and NPP parliamentary aspirants.

He is hoping to prepare the party for a campaign that will “energise Ghanaians to help build and restore the country onto a path of progress and prosperity,” a statement from his office earlier noted.
