The father of the wounded, Joseph Mfoafo told Citi News his son was bleeding profusely when he got to the hospital after the incident.

“I asked about Michael Asamoah and the nurses told me that they are waiting to send him the theatre. He had an injury in the head and was bleeding. The nurses are saying that he will be sent to the main theatre today,” he narrated.
