Peak Milk last week celebrated a set of winners of its on-going 60-day sales promotion campaign dubbed ‘Shine with Peak’, at a prize presentation ceremony in Accra.
Adam Mahmud Bancy, John Addo, Faisal Mohammed , Samuel Adjei, and Francis Kwaku Adoboe were proud winners of a Generator Set respectively whilst Madam Margaret Atta took home a Solar Rechargeable Lamp.
The six were among a host of other winners who have already redeemed their prizes.
The sales promotion is aimed at rewarding loyal consumers of the 170g tin of Peak Evaporated Milk, by helping them to mitigate the impact of the ongoing power shortages.
Altogether 60 generator sets and 1,800 solar lamps are at stake for participating consumers of the 170g tin Peak Evaporated Milk ‘Shine with Peak’ promo.
Welcoming attendees to the prize presentation ceremony, Mr. Adewale Adeola, Regional Commercial Manager, Friesland Campina West Africa Limited, owners of the Peak Milk brand in Ghana, noted that the sales promo was just one of the ways in which the brand sought to show appreciation and reward consumers for their loyalty.
He assured that the best reward any consumer of Peak Milk can get is the good nutrition that it offers but beyond this, the company is continuously seeking new ways of improving the lives of our customers even further.
“It is to this end that we identified the provision of generators and solar lamps, noting government’s progressive efforts, as a means of mitigating the effects of Dumsor and thus reduce the negative impact of what most people recognize as a major challenge currently,” he stated.
Mr. Adeola affirmed that the ‘Shine with Peak’ promotion had therefore offered consumers two vital benefits rolled into one.
“Consumers have been given the opportunity to receive relief from the financial cost and inconvenience in providing alternative source of electricity each time they are affected by dumsor while at the same time they have been given an extra reason to boost their nutritional intake by consuming even more Peak Milk” he revealed.
He therefore encouraged Ghanaians to further increase their consumption of the brand with a view to improving their nutritional intake and increase their opportunity of winning an alternative source of electricity.
Adam Mahmud Bancy, a winner, on behalf of the winners, thanked Peak Milk for keeping faith with its loyal consumers
The winners in the sales promotion were arrived at through a procedure in which consumers of the Peak brand were required to text an 11 or 12-digit batch number on Peak’s 170g evaporated milk tin to a defined toll free SMS short code. Consumers who follow this instruction immediately receive a message indicating whether or not they had won any of the items on offer.
