Asante Kotoko defender Amos Frimpong is on cloud nine after helping his side post an impressive 2-1 victory over Hearts of Oak.
The Porcupine Warriors are finishing the season on a high after putting up another solid display to beat sworn rivals Hearts of Oak 2-1 at their own backyard.
Amos Frimpong got the first goal in the game but before that Hearts had spurned a big opportunity to go ahead after skipper Robin Gnagne missed a spot kick for the Rainbow club.
Midfielder Inusah Musah brought the Phobians back into the game against the run of play with a wonderful header.
But Dauda Mohammed took advantage of a mix up in the Phobian defense to steal all three points for the Porcupine warriors.

Amos Frimpong says the delight of the victory is compounded considering the difficult season they have had.
“It was a great game and we did everything good to ensure that we won the game,” Frimpong said
“We have had a difficult season but everything seems to coming around at the right time which is very good for the side.
“I am really happy not for myself but for the entire team and the supporters who have remained faithful to us.”
The win takes Kotoko to 8th while Hearts drop down to 15th on the league table.
