Having read this, I think its a befitting rejoinder. Here is a quote from the rejoinder that aptly describes this one…” In the best of interest of intellectual transparency, scholarly tradition requires at least some form of citations for claims and arguments put forth to support a conclusion, in this case that conclusion being “Christianity is un-African…”I found the article lacking in this regard.

It is completely irrelevant that Christianity was imported. The relevant point it that it was accepted by the society at large and as a result its now African! Homosexuality is No LONGER African because the society now rejects it. It’s no longer OUR identity.
I think intolerance to homosexuality is wrong in general, but to say Africans should accept it because we accepted it some 600 years ago is a stupid argument. A better argument will be that two consenting adults have a right to do whatever they want in their bedrooms.

If somebody said Blacks are mentally inferior, we don’t go arguing about it, we prove it by our attainments and achievements. A few years ago, the Chinese were referred to as ‘Yellow’, meaning inferior and poor, today who can dare say the same thing about them. Gays have a victim mentality. How many times have you seen straight people holding rallies to drive home their orientation. . At a recent rally of over 2million Gays, they had captions such as ‘if Mary had had an abortion, we would not be in this mess.’ And ‘hell must be fabulous.’. Attacking and offending the sensibilities of mist Chrustians: Yet we have many tolerant Christian nations who respect and accept gays. However, no Muslim nation has yet recognized gays, yet they never insult or attack Muslims. When a man’s consciences judges him or her, he or she thinks everyone is against him or her. People who are ‘straight’ do not argue or endeavor to make excuses for their orientation, yet those who consider gay relationships as normal go to any length to justify it. A few years ago in Europe and America, people with such orientation were considered mentally sick. As far as l’m concerned, that is what they are. Renhard Bonnke, the renowned German Evangelist had this simple answer when asked about the Supreme Court Decision on gay marriages in the U.S. ‘ …….all I know is that when l go to buy gas at the filling station, the nozzle is slotted into the fuel tank opening, and not the exhaust.’ (Paraphrased) this, I believe summaries the madness of homosexuality
