Citi FM’s ‘Business festival’ opens with Management Development Month

Citi FM’s month-long Business Festival starts on Monday [June 1, 2015] with the ‘Management Development Month Series’ (MDM), the famed on-air business education programme.

[contextly_sidebar id=”vd5RxI25Br7emohIFJGT6anVcP7C5AKW”]The MDM series, will air on the award winning Citi Breakfast Show with Bernard Avle on 97.3 Citi FM and will feature key business leaders speaking on a variety of business related topics.

The first day of MDM will focus on advertising and marketing with a conversation on “Branded Customer Services” with Professor Bob Hinson.

The presentation will seek to show business operators in the country how to please their customers.

Day two will concentrate on effective marketing which will focus on how to create marketing campaigns that work with the spotlight on customer relationship management.

This will be delivered Mawuli Ocloo who is an Experienced Sales & Marketing Executive, Sales Trainer & Coach, and Customer Experience Management Specialist.

Then the changing taste of the Ghanaian customer will be put in proper perspective through a presentation on the topic, “Selling to Today’s Consumers” on June 4 with Maxwell Dodd.

On Friday June 5, the first ever Think Forum featuring renowned advertising guru and President of the Advertising Association of Ghana, Joel Nettey will take place at the Alisa Hotel in Accra.

He will be speaking on the topic, “Creating One’s Own Path in Advertising.”

Week one will be crowned with a night of music, drinks and networking at the Corporate Night Out, which will take place at the Table Bay Jazz bar of Alisa Hotel.
