In this day and age, there’s more discrimination towards men. Feminism sometimes tend to sound like the fight against racism where blacks think it is ok to throw around vitriol just because they feel peeved. Cool the heart and head. Sometimes your words sting not because you are a woman but just because you are a human being.
You’ll need to go to higher heights and feminism is not a good path.

But this kind of sexist posts about rights of women being linked to comments made by irresponsible man should also not be encouraged. By writing this post Nana Ama, what do you hope to achieve, i hope you don’t expect men to support after bundling all of us together as if we all support their actions. These men want to get Yvonne and Lydia where it hurts the most, the reason why they say some of these things.
In the future i hope your posts will be directed more towards both gender’s condemning the actions. That will be a better cause
Being married naturally attracts respect, both for men and women and most countries across the world, only gives some political offices only to people who have a family, how many times have you heard a United States Congressman or any political office holder, who is single, so as for that one its not just in Ghana.
Frankly i am also sick and tired of this sexism, women are trying to always portray against men, if they want to be respected by men i think they should stop attacking men and find a way rather to get men on their side to really push the affirmative action. otherwise all it will be is a battle between gender’s.
Read this post to better understand how developed countries, have achieved the equality of men and women http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feminism
