I think as blacks, we as usual, got greedy and overdosed on some chemicals at the time of creation.

This whole hair-cutting thing is ancient, useless, unnecessary, and downright Ugly!!! We cut the hair of our daughters, and when they leave school, they rush to go and buy wigs and hair harvested from other human beings’ head!!! So Disgusting and Shameful!!
For all the arguments that those who support hair-cutting make, we can have all those benefits by simply asking all girls to Braid their hair in school. You get the uniformity, it is low maintenance, no “distractions”, and girls get to keep their beautiful hair.

We are saying something is “ugly” for white people, and because we have been conditioned to hate our Own physical bodies and glorify the white phisique, we do not think twice to put our own children through it?

What type of values are being promoted? This man should do some solid research as to where this hair cutting phemonoemn comes from. This was a sign of conquest and imperial rule. History shows us time and time again the colonials (British, American and Australian) cutting the hair of ideginous native children removing their traditional garb in exchange for uniform and even removing them by force from family homes to indoctrinate them in boarding schools. This assimilation is not benefiting Ghana in any way. Not culturally, not economicaly, and certainly not historically.
