A non-governmental organization, Street Sense has donated a sum of GH¢1,000 to support CITI FM’s Easter orphan project.
Street Sense is a Road Safety Advocacy organization located around Adabraka in Accra.
Speaking at the donation, the administrator of Street Sense, Mr Owusu Amoah noted that the gesture is geared towards their resolve in supporting the poor and vulnerable in society.
He further added that it also forms part of the organization’s corporate social responsibility.
Receiving the amount, Mr Matthew Idan, CITI FM’s administrator, thanked Street Sense for the gesture and called on other benevolent organizations to support the Easter Orphan project.
The Easter Orphan Project is an annual Corporate Social Responsibility project, which raises funds to support some orphanages around the country.
