We know that the presidency over spend its allocated budget by GHc700m. what did they do with it and how can we demand? Oil revenue amount to $1b yet we have gone for $940m from IMF for 3 years with attached conditionality, how do you reconcile this? There is too much thievery in government and public service with their incompetent attitude. The only solution is for us to demand decentralization of most powers and activities, only then can we achieve proper development else its still always a political concert party.
