If I use my SCB visa card on EBG, I pay an extra charge of GHS 5 in addition to the GHS 4 SCB charges me. However, if I use the same SCB visa card on other ATMs such as Zenith, Barclays, Stanbic, etc, other than EBG or SCB, I’m charged only GHS 4. So why does EBG alone, charge GHS 5 extra for using other VISA ATMs on their machines but other banks does not charge same???
