Vodafone Ghana, together with three other companies, is partnering Stanbic Bank to host the acoustic-guitar icon, who has recorded over 30 albums including 23 Top Ten hits. The concert is in support of the fight against maternal mortality and leukemia.
Speaking during the interaction, Haris Broumidis, Chief Executive of Vodafone Ghana said: “When Stanbic approached us with the request to be associated with the Jazz concert, we wasted no time in coming on board because Earl represents the benchmark of all that is good about jazz music to most of our key clients under our Enterprise unit. We are looking forward to Earl bringing a collection of his music to entertain and empower us as we make inroads this year.”
The two-day event will also feature other renowned Ghanaian jazz artistes including Ebo Taylor and Ackah Blay.
Vodafone Ghana’s association with the festival is on the platform of Vodafone Business Solutions (VBS) – its enterprise arm.
