We are behaving as if we don’t have leaders who understand that orderliness is a prerequisite to human socio-economic development. This is 2015 my friends! I weep because I know without a doubt that this is not a problem at all. I know that we should solve these issues and they are very easy to solve and they are necessary to be solved, if we are to develop. I also know that Ghana has produced so many leaders of integrity and we are scattered all over the world contributing to the development of other nations.
The obvious question is: why haven’t we gotten a leader who sees these issues for what they are: drags to economic development. I can say with all confidence that if the Passport Division is handed over to me, it will not take 6 months for all this chaos to go away! Completely! And I know I am not the only person who can do this. So why hasn’t the government appointed someone with this capability and willingness to create this required orderliness to do this? Why???
