Spirituality is unspoken yet acknowledge in your field of work. Focus on intelligence, tactics, sincerity,open minded, sound mind, good courage and understanding. On another note, why do police leave in barracks? I think crime will further reduce if police leaves among the people as every civil servant does, this will help them gather proper community intel and be more visible to us than the barracks. They should allow them to buy or rent their own houses and leave normal life.
