In an exclusive interview with Citi News in Tamale before leaving for Kumasi, he said the NDC risked losing the 2016 general elections if the old executives remained in office·
Godfred A· Wumbei posited that President John Dramani Mahama worked extra hard to win the 2012 general elections due to weak leadership at the national level·
He accused the NDC General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah of managing the party like his limited liability company·
He regretted that there was no hardcore contender to outwit Asiedu Nketiah at the Kumasi congress but quickly predicted that he will not have a landslide victory·
Godfred A· Wumbei emhasized that the NDC needed complete overhaul at the national level to retain power in 2016·
