request. The duty of a minister is to report and improve performance
monitoring of institutions under his/her care. How many companies and emerging
industries exist under these two, that warrants a split?

Let us learn to work hard and not to create more offices whose function yields
nothing but unnecessary paper works? 25million people with over 100,000
positions in politics/administration. How do we get technocrat?
Some districts don’t have even a lawyer or a doctor yet has an MP, how?

Rather, the president should monitor the performance of his ministers and for
those not ready to perform, get them the needed sack.
