For me, what l deduce from Mugabe’s critique is that he expected Ghana to have progressed, in terms of EVERYTHING, than we have now.

The present situation has come about as a result of some past presidents/ heads of state (both military and civilian) sending the clock of progress back as we experience at the moment.
To resolve this let the National Development Planning Commission be strictly INDEPENDENT so that ALL governments MUST follow what would be planned by this Commission.
