The VICTIM can only be identified if she consents to it and this is basic and good practice Court Reporting. Sadly Ghana as usual has no boundaries.

Jeanne Clark i strongly disagree with you because all we the lady is lying and it so far shows she is, how can you be raped in a bathroom and not sustain scratch or did he pull a gun on her so she just obliged? Do not play the women mother softie soft card here. the lady is guilty until proven innocent whilst KKD remains innocent until proven guilty. Period

I also wonder what she was wearing that day and how the accused was able to rape her without her cousin hearing anything. Can medical personnel confirm with a rape test kit? Because if she was raped, the test would prove it.

‘Alleged’ victim. KKD may be the victim if this proves to be a false accusation. It is not fair in a he-said-she-said case to drag one person’s name through the mud, but then ask to ‘raise the bar’ by keeping the other person’s name secret. No matter what statistics you may bring up with regards to what % of rape accusations prove to be false (range of 2%-41% according to peer-reviewed papers on the topic), there’s still room for this to be false accusation. Just as being a ‘man’ should not absolve you of due process, being a ‘woman’ shouldn’t either.
