About 100 villagers in Gumsuri village in north-eastern Nigeria have been kidnapped by Islamist militant group, Boko Haram.

The BBC reported that survivors of the attack were only able to break the news when they arrived at the city of Maiduguri.
According to the survivors, the militants who were armed arrived in two vehicles and many others on foot and attacked the border town of Amchide on Wednesday.
They raided the market area, set fire to shops and over 50 houses.
Boko Haram which has gained notoriety in its activities in Northern Nigeria have killed over 2,000 people in 2014 alone and kidnapped hundreds of people.
Their activities caught the attention of the world after they kidnapped about 200 school girls in Chibok.
The Nigerian government and the Military have been unable to locate the whereabout of the abducted girls.
