There is no agreed document for such project from China and per the article you can’t build 60MW of power with $3m not even 2MW. Again according the director government is now looking for funds and yet they chose to announce this. This guys comes every three months to announce an intended project when actually nothing is been done just to pretend to be working. Government should list and publish all project it announced since 2012 that was meant to generate extra power, their location and current state from Blue energy which fused into Mere, Nek 520MW of wind power etc before wasting our time and money on another lie. I hope people remember all the funfair that went on with korle lagoon, the American bank didn’t agree to finance the project yet the president told us he has secured financing. enough of this lies it’s really impeding development.
