Why did the refurbishment of the parliament house turn into a ‘race against time’ in the first place? Poor planning and ineptitude. The same government touting the use of made in Ghana goods, rushes to China to splurge on garbage, and now takes trips to Italy to throw more money at a situation that shouldn’t exist in the first place. And of course as usual, its the every day Ghanaian who loses out.
