A Ghanaian research and background investigations, FAKS Investigative Service is set to release its annual performance survey for Ministers in December.
The Survey which begun in September 30, seeks the opinion of the public on how ministers have performed with the aim of making Ghanaians hold its public officials accountable.

“The best people to judge is the citizenry, they are the best people to judge whether this person is performing or whether this person is not performing”
He said the Ministers’ performance will be ranked based on the final results that will emerge .
Various challenges being experienced in the educational sector compelled the Polytechnic Teachers Association of Ghana(POTAG) to call for the removal of both the Minister of Education, Nana Jane Opoku.. and her deputy, Okudzeto Ablakwa.
President Mahama was also compelled to reshuffle some of his Ministers to ensure maximum output.
While swearing in his new Ministers in July, Mahama charged his new Ministers to hit the ground running because Ghanaians are tired of listening to fine talk from people in government.
“Let us roll our sleeves and get down to work,” he said, emphasising that the people wanted deliverables that would make their lives better and not the mere ‘fine talk’,” he said.
