I have read the article above. They said they did the research based on geographic location. If you look at the map Ghana is not close to Liberia and Sierra Leone which are the high infested countries. Rather Guinea and Ivory Coast are very close to Liberia and Sierra Leone. so on what basis are they making such weak conclusion on Ghana. Untill they give us a proper explanation as to how they arrive on these findings. I think this research shouldnt be taken seriously.

The study only estimates the likelihood of a country being affected and it happens that Ghana, based on proximity and other factors, is on top of the list. It doesn’t mean that Ghana will be affected at all cost. We should rather step up our efforts to minimise the risk instead of ‘refuting’ scientific findings. No propaganda here, please.
