MTN Ghana has assured its customers of continued safe and secure delivery of its Mobile Money Service despite current challenges with one of its three Mobile Money access channels.
MTN is also apologising to *170# Mobile Money channel users for delays they are currently experiencing with the channel.
MTN Mobile Money customers should rest assured that their monies are safe and may be more speedily accessed by using My MTN menu on their phones. Customers who typically access MTN Mobile Money services through *170# are therefore advised to visit any MTN Branch or Store for assistance with the use of My MTN menu on their phones.
MTN branches are maintaining extended hours to accommodate increased volumes.
MTN appreciates the patience exercised by customers and sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience.
