The Tamale sex scandal has taken a legal dimension in which a married woman accused of being one of the ladies seen in the pornographic photos and videos has dragged her accuser to court.

The plaintiff is praying a Tamale District Court to prosecute the defendant of allegedly defaming her character in relation to the leaked pornographic photos and videos.

The defendant, Madam Suraiya was served the writ of summons to appear in Court Room 2 of a Tamale District Court on Tuesday August 12, 2014.

On the writ of summons, the plaintiff, Rabi Dawuda’s claim against the defendant, Madam Suraiya is for an order directed at the defendant to prove that the plaintiff is among the ladies seen on the pornographic sex photos and videos in circulation.

The plaintiff is also asking for an order directed at the defendant to prove to the Court where and when the plaintiff performed such nude act with the young man at the centre of the controversy as shown in the pornographic photos and videos.

The plaintiff, Rabi Dawuda is also calling for an order by the Court directed at the defendant, Madam Suraiya to announce through the radio stations in Tamale retracting the false information the defendant allegedly leveled against the plaintiff that she was indeed among the ladies shown in the pornographic photos pictures and videos.

The plaintiff, Rabi Dawuda further prays the court for compensation of GHC2, 000, 00 for defamation of character.
