Citi FM’s award-winning presenter, Jessica Opare Saforo, has been verified by Facebook, the world’s most popular social media site.
Jessica, affectionately called the Soul Sister by her fans, has been the leading female voice on urban radio for more than half a decade and has won countless awards to cement her position as the best in her field.
Her verification is the first for any radio professional in Ghana and adds to the power of her brand, which keeps gaining more momentum each day.
Jessica shared the news of her verification through a post on her page Friday.

With over 117,000 likes and counting, the cherished blue tick and a powerful presence on Twitter and Instagram, she becomes the most powerful Ghanaian media personality online.
According to Jessica, “it feels great to be verified. It feels great to have the brand authenticated. It’s been a wonderful journey and my fans and I are blessed to have come this far.”
Aside being the best female radio presenter, Jessica is also one of the top voice over actresses in Ghana, with a flurry of voice over adverts to her credit.
She is currently the voice ambassador for MTN, Ghana’s No.1 telecommunication network and has been for the past few years. She is also the executive director of the Voiceova Company, a company that recruits, markets and promotes voice talent locally and internationally. It is a production powerhouse that offers comprehensive solutions to brands that require audio representation.
Jessica is widely regarded as the “Queen of Voice overs” and her voice is responsible for changing the voice over landscape in Ghana.
