Fishermen and fishmongers at Teshie Krobo a fishing community in Accra are threatening to boycott the 2016 elections if government does not immediately find solutions to issues they say are hurting their business.
The Fishermen and Fishmongers numbering over 200 told Citi News’, Pearl Akanya Ofori that the high cost of fishing equipment, hikes in the price of pre-mix fuel, the involvement of both locals and foreigners in light fishing are some of the issues they want government to address.
