Three children drown in Sawla

drowning-ghanaTwo of three children who stopped to swim in stagnant water on their way to farm in Sawla in the  Northern Region were reported dead.

The unfortunate incident happened on Friday March 7, 2014.

District police Commander for Sawla divisional police command, ASP Francis Numadu confirmed the incident to Citi News.

He said the stagnant water was found under a bridge which is under construction.
