Ghana will have another go at another major athletic competition when Flings Owusu-Agyapong, runs in the women’s 60 metre heat at the ongoing World Indoor Athletics Championships in Sobot, Poland.
The heat will take place on Saturday and she will have Jamaican athlete Veronica Campbell-Brown, who is competing for the first time since she was cleared of doping charges by the Court of Arbitration for Sport earlier this year.
The Ghanaian’s best mark in the indoor event is 7.23 metres and she recorded the time in a meeting in Toronto, Canada on the 15th of February, 2014.
