Kumasi Asante Kotoko attacker Yahaya Mohammed has joined Libyan giants Al-Ittihad club.
The dreadlocked striker, whose contract was due to expire in May, has joined the 16-time Libyan champions after a half season with Ghanaian champions Kotoko.
The 26-year-old enjoyed a year of reinvention last season on loan last season from Kotoko at new comers Amidaus Professionals, where he scored 15 goals in all competitions playing as their captain.
Yahaya Mohammed was recently part of Ghana’s silver-winning squad at the 2014 African Nations Championship (CHAN) and was named as part of the tournament’s top 23 players.
