Ghana Shippers' Authority won the International Quality Crown Award in the Gold category in London
This year’s B.I.D International Quality Crown Convention which brought together professionals and business leaders from 48 countries gathered to recognize each other’s achievements and successes of the year was held in London.
In particular, the convention celebrated quality in business.
A key requirement of being considered for the award is a full commitment to the criteria of the QC100 TQM model, which ensures customer satisfaction and efficient processes at every level of the business.
Among this year’s winners, Dr.
Kofi Mbiah of Ghana Shippers' Authority was awarded with the International Quality Crown at the BID Quality Convention in London.
The company has made huge strides this year as a leader in not only its own sector, but also in ‘pais’ and the award proved an ideal way to celebrate the end of such a successful year.
