Users of 4G LTE network Surfline, would have to endure service disruptions for a while after a fire outbreak yesterday at the network’s data centre in Tema led to network disruptions.

The fire, started at Dennis House, the building that houses the Surfline data centre in Tema around 4pm yesterday.
Personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service responded swiftly to put out the fire.
It is unclear yet what might have caused the fire but unconfirmed reports say it was due to a major power outage.
Meanwhile, Surfline say they regret the inconvenience of the development to their customers.
